After the summer of extreme heat, may I take this opportunity to welcome you all to the new 2026/27 season, one that is very special to Northampton Old Scouts, as it is our Centenary.
This season is set to be one of much celebration as we celebrate the club's history throughout the season, whilst we witness much activity on the pitch across all age groups and within the senior section.
Rushfest was simply the perfect launch for this year, a great weekend of community activity, it was truly magnificent. May I say a huge thank you to all of those involved in making Rushfest the success that it was, the club in indebted to each and every one of you - thank you!

Over the summer we have had major works carried out on the main pitch and even though we have had a "drought", watering and extensive care have ensured it will be ready for the first league game of the season on 26th September. After promotion last season, our 1st XV will be playing Level 5 rugby against tough opposition, this season will bring a lot of travelling for the squad, however after a great pre-season campaign, they are up for the challenge and we all wish them well.

Once again, we shall see a strong Rovers team take to the field each week and an Academy side with great numbers.

As the season unfolds, please do keep your eyes open for all the Centenary functions that will be taking place throughout the season, which will come to an end with a Centenary Ball Dinner Dance on July 17th 2027.
