4. Mouth Guards & Head Guards

Mouth guards are essential when playing, particularly for Under 9s and above. The shop sells universal mouth guards or you can have a custom made one from your dentist or an independent company.

Head guards are beneficial for certain positions in older age groups and your coach will be able to advise.
