With the Scouts going in the last game thinking a victory by more than 10 tries would secure a spot in the final, were disappointed to find that 1 win is not as good as two draws (hows long that's been right I'll never know). We didn't bother telling the children and it meant they played extremely well, never really being in trouble they manage a 3-2 lead at half time. The 2nd half was again 1 way traffic and Connor stole the show with an excellent all round display completing his hatrick with time to spare. Further tries from Ben S and 2 from Finley wrapped up a successful 6-3 win.
Hoping that the team will learn from their lazy slow start its back to 2 weeks training were I can assure tagging will be part of the drills.
