Northampton Old Scouts secured a bonus point on Saturday scoring double the points to what Oadby managed. 64-32 seems like a pulsating match, but it was very one sided.
With Scouts players rotated and down to 14 men the majority of the 32 points for Oadby just popped in for a short period of the game after Scouts had the game sealed at 50 minutes.
It was a solid performance from the squad but it was great to see newcomer Joe Fitzgerald with some storming runs in the centres and young prop Archie Edwards covering some serious work around the park.
