Its very much a case of keeping 'steady at the helm' because we are very happy with the group and their performance last year. The stability we desired and now have, has come from investment by the coaches since 2020 in to the player pathway of an U16 to a senior team player. At times in the past it had been clunky and it needed time and energy to provide opportunity for aspiration and regular rugby for everyone. Seeing players like Phillip Hone and Archie Edwards in the 1st team is proof that it has improved immensely.

We are now at a point where the communication and plans with the coaches involved is better than ever. Karl and Jack are more connected to the younger players coming through the ranks which is great news for players and for the club.
