The annual subscription continues to include the cost of the Annual Presentations.

Membership subscriptions help cover the club's continually increasing running costs, while also supporting ongoing improvements to our facilities. They contribute towards providing: Playing kit and equipment First aid supplies Festival entry fees for all age groups Investment in the continued development of the Mini and Junior section.

A typical rugby season delivers around 30 weeks of rugby. For a U12 player, this works out at approximately £4.20 per week, making rugby at Old Scouts excellent value compared with many other activities. Paying Your Subscription Each player will be assigned their age group's subscription product through Pitchero. You can choose to pay: In a single payment Over 3 monthly instalments Over 6 monthly instalments Please note that instalment options include a small surcharge to cover the handling fees charged by GoCardless. Please sign up to your subscription product as soon as possible. No payments will be collected before 1 September 2026. Instalments will then be taken on the same date each month (or the next working day where applicable). Once your payment has been set up, you will receive a confirmation email from GoCardless. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. Player Eligibility All existing players must be up to date with their subscription payments in order to take part in training sessions and matches. New players will be assigned their subscription shortly after their membership has been approved. A two-week trial period will be allowed before payment is required.

Viewing Your Payments You can view your subscription and payment history at any time through Pitchero. Pitchero Club App Select the Cart icon. Tap the Cog icon. Select Manage Subscription to view your active subscriptions and purchase history. Pitchero Website Go to Account. Select the Payments tab to view your payment history and active subscriptions.
