Thank you for registering on Pitchero.
As you know this is a new process for us this season, and thus far the feedback from members has been positive, however we are still learning!
There is a slight disconnect with the registration process, in that that the standard member fields set by Pitchero aren’t included on the club membership form (which you complete as part of the payment process). Unfortunately we can only include our custom club fields to the payment form, so we need you to provide us with some further information for your players (and for yourself if you are also a senior player). Some of you may have done this already.
It should only take you a couple of minutes; however you do need to do it on the website rather than the app.
With regards to the custom fields you completed on the payment form, you can view these on the Membership page which is available on the top row of tabs within your profile.
You can update this information at any time during the season.
