When: Monday evenings throughout Sept & Oct 6pm-7pm (first session on 15th Sept starts at 5.15pm with an ice breaker craft session in the club house)

Where: Northampton Old Scouts, Rushmere Road, Northampton.

What equipment do I need: Just trainers and a drink.
