On Friday 29th May a group of Old Scouts attended the East Midlands Rugby Union Presentation Evening to mark the end of a successful season. This years special guest was Deborah Griffin OBE, the current president of the Rugby Union.

The event is to celebrate success on the pitch, but also to recognise the many volunteers that keep clubs running across the county.

For the Old Scouts, the following awards were given:

NOSRFC 1st XV - Winners of the Reg 2 Mid East League. Collected by James Barrett
NOSRFC Rovers - Winners of the East Mids 2 Northamptonshire A league - Collect by Joe Ellis, Sam Lewis, Max Sothcott, Greg McPherson and Alex Lauder

Switch Car Volunteer (s) of the year:
Adam Matthews, Anne Burgess, Liz Martin, Niall Hefford and Toby Chambers

Game for All award, recognising inspiration for change and inclusivity:
Charlee Dolman
