Northampton Old Scouts recently hosted a lunch for their sponsors, ahead of the 1st XV game against Market Bosworth. The Scouts duly obliged the large crowd with an entertaining 32-22 victory in the Midlands 2 East (South) fixture.

It was the perfect occasion for the Scouts to wear their new sponsored playing shirts, courtesy of Colonial Construction and appreciated that Matt Bridge was in attendance, to accept a framed playing shirt from Mark Holliday, NOSRFC Chairman.

We were delighted that representatives from the other main club sponsors were able to attend: Alistair Lauder from Phoenix Surfacing and Iain Hunter from Bellway.

It was a great opportunity for the club to thank, in person, all of our sponsors for their generosity in supporting the club in its vision of becoming “the best community rugby club in England”.
