All members are invited to attend the NOSRFC annual General Meeting (AGM) which is due to take place on:

Time: 8pm
Location: NOSRFC, Rushmere Road

The AGM is an important opportunity to review the past season, discuss plans for the future, and have your say in the running of the club. Topics will include reports from club officials, financial updates, election of committee members and a re-affirmation of the content of the clubs constitution (changes to which are highlighted in yellow on the draft document which can be found here: https://www.northamptonoldscoutsrfc.com/d/documents.html)

We strongly encourage all players, coaches, volunteers, and supporters to attend and contribute. Please note only paid members are entitled to vote at the AGM.

Any nominations for committee positions or items for inclusion in the agenda should be forwarded to the club secretary a minimum of two weeks prior to the meeting (secretary@northamptonoldscoutsrfc.com).

The agenda will be published one week prior to the meeting, on pitchero.
