Scouts U16 through to the East Midlands Cup Final

Scouts kept up their proud record of appearing in every East Midlands Cup final after a professional controlled Semi Final outing against a strong Bedford side. Playing into a strong wind in the first half scouts ran in a try in the first few minutes and dug in to battle out a 19 10 lead by half time. With the wind in the scouts favour in the second half defending became easier and further tries were taken without further Bedford points. The lads were told to watch their discipline and let the Rugby do the talking. This they did professionally .Many personnel changes were made during the game but such is the depth of quality in the side that it continued to be business as usual whatever 15 were on the field . Congratulations lads. Now go win the Cup for the fourth time.
