Although this first round cup fixture was due to be played at Ampthill, it was reversed to Scouts owing to pitch availability.
Three first half tries at regular intervals from Lewis Underwood, Lewis Keable and Callum Inwood, all converted gave Scouts a 21 points to nil half time lead.
With confidence growing, second half tries Underwood and Inwood again, also Christian Barry, Kurtis Dorks and George Rankin, with two extra conversions, bringing the final score to 50 points to nil.
Whilst the scoreline may suggest it was one way traffic, this was certainly not the case, with Ampthill working hard in defence making Scouts earn every point.
